Community Diagnostic Centre at Sulis Hospital
Diagnosing life-changing conditions more quickly.
The Community Diagnostic Centre programme is part of a national initiative to improve NHS patients’ access to essential medical tests – allowing them to be seen faster and closer to home.
By locating centres away from NHS hospitals, the programme helps protect hospital capacity while providing additional support to the community.
These centres offer planned diagnostic procedures, including blood tests, X-rays, MRI and CT scans, cardiac investigations and endoscopies, ensuring patients get prompt and accurate results.
Community Diagnostic Services are available to adults (over 18) only.
